What is the My Deen Program?
My Deen is a comprehensive Islamic studies program designed to provide middle school students with a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge and character development. The curriculum-based program is structured around six core subjects, each contributing to a holistic understanding of Islam. Through engaging and age-appropriate lessons, students will explore essential aspects of their faith, including Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Seerah (Prophet’s life), Akhlaq (Islamic manners and etiquette), Aqeedah (Islamic beliefs), and Quranic studies. The program aims to nurture both the theoretical and spiritual dimensions of students’ Islamic identity, fostering a deep connection to their faith and its teachings.

Course Description:
This course introduces middle school students to the fundamental beliefs of Islam by studying the six articles of faith (Arkan al-Iman). Students will explore the essential concepts of belief in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Day of Judgment, and destiny. Through engaging discussion, interactive teaching, and reflective exercises, students will develop a deep appreciation for the Islamic worldview.
The course will also emphasize the importance of belief in practical life and its impact on one's character and actions. Students will learn how to reconcile faith with reason and how to address common misconceptions about Islam.
